    How's everyone doing? Hello, I'm Gary from Twin Falls, ID. I've been licensed for just over a year and am looking for a forum or discussion group to communicate ideas on success in getting started as a realtor, good marketing tips, good-motivational books to read, etc. Any ideas or direction would be appreciated. Thanks
