I have heard many of my higher end market clients say there is a monthly periodical or magazine that they advertise in. What options are available for magazine and print advertising in your area?

Besides our local area papers (Penny Saver, Southtown Economist), we have our large papers (Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun Times). We also have Harmon Homes and Home Guide Plus. There's another small sized homes magazine but I haven't advertised in it for years and can't remember the name.
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

Serious agents we deal with say that print advertising for upscale listings are a must.
