Default Skiing in Mt Washington, BC

Skiing in Mt Washington, BC is awesome! we had something like 16 ft at the base (Whatever that means) - I am a total novice skier but had so much fun yesterday. Tons of powder, tons of beer and tons of wipeouts! Hehe.

My friend and I (Also a rookie) decided to take on the yellow chair (Sign says "experience skiiers only" It took us 40 mins to get down a 10 min run WOW! I gotta say though, that was the funnest run of the day. Little 8 year old kids and their parents flying by us as we tried to navigate moguls and sheets of ice.

Finally got to the bottom, straight to the pub "2 shots of tequila and a beer pls" - Back to lift!

Anyone else here ski? I am definitly going to get out again this year.

My most enjoyable day skiing was at Vail back in about '87 when I was going to school out in Denver. Skipped classes and drove up by myself and was rewarded with a glorious day, a few inches of fresh snow and empty lifts. Even got into a pretty bad accident coming home on Vail Pass and even then didnt ruin my day.

A week or so ago me and my son fly up to Lake Tahoe for a few days of snowboarding. There has been a good number of storms hitting the lake tahoe area and the white stuff is every where. We snapped a few PICs and I put a few on my blog so check it out when you get time.
