Thought I'd send an update. I got two calls last week about cards that I had sent out in the Santaluz area months prior. They told me that they wanted to let it sit for a bit to see if the prices would come back up in this market. So now, because of taking 15 minutes out of every week to send a few cards to expired listings, I have had two new listing appointments. Its never for nothing, even if it feels like that once and a while.!
