I recently started bird dogging in Houston, TX. I've ran into a few real investors, but most either don't have the money or don't have....... I'm getting at weeding out the time-wasters. If anyone's interested I can contribute to pretty much every aspect of a project, from research analysis to hiring and supervising contractors and renovation teams.
