I can't comment on any blogs! Please help!

For some reason I can't comment on blogs any more... Most of these are blogs that I've commented on many of times. I can't even comment on my own blog. I push the submit button... and the page reloads without my comment, or just goes blank. I've tried IE, Firefox, and Sarfari. I can't figure it out and it's driving me crazy!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you install any new software recently? Might be causing you a conflict.

Nope... And I just tried from my home computer and had the same result as my office computer.

Looks like I've been thrown into Askimet Spam and can't get out... I'm not a spammer and don't post spammy comments. Anybody have an idea of how to get out of the Askimet Spam doom? I've already contacted them, but haven't heard back.

As far as I understand, contacting Askimet is the best option open to you, and you've already done that. But you could try contacting the blogs where you have previously placed comments and ask them to review their spam. I believe that Askimet is an algorithm, so that if you can get those comments reinstated it may help your cause.
