I promised myself when I joined this forum that I would not advertise. But every post that I read, I see people asking for services, or advertising theirs. So I have decided to throw my hat into the ring.

We offer the same residential mortgage products and programs that you're local bank or credit union would offer you. We offer Conventional Mortgage loans, FHA Government Loans, and USDA RURAL Housing Loans. We do offer a Secondary department. They can sometimes be aggressive. We also offer Jumbo Loans, but again, not the most competitive.

  We offer up to 90% LTV, with rates as low as 4.25%. We even offer International loans for INCOME PRODUCING Properties of $5M or more. As a commercial Lender, what I am most impressed with is our GLOBAL UNDERWRITING Method. This allows for more cash flow or revenue, which qualifies more deals for clients.
