Best Franchise for New CA Broker?

I have read it is possible for a broker to make 6 figures not selling any properties but by recruiting agents and charging them fees and or getting a percentage of their commissions.

Is this true?

Does anyone have any experience with being a virtual broker?

If I recruit 100 agents, and I am getting a commission from each of them, and or getting fees from them for each transaction they do, how could that not be worth my time?

And only ten know how to catch mice.

That's pretty much how it is to be a full-time broker.
