The first thing I noticed was that your phone number was hard to read. I would get rid of the shadow on the numbers so it's easier to read.

I would also make your email address click to email. Sad to say, but some people still do not know how to copy and paste and they would have to write down the email, then enter it into their email program. Having a link saves time. Also, as sam suggested, make the phone number stick out.

I would recommend that you brand the agent, i.e., create a logo out of his name, etc. A graphic designer would be person to call. (REW has a fantastic graphics team Then you can use your branding throughout your other marketing collateral, such as business cards, brochures, letterhead, etc. This will set you apart from the other agents in your area, and give you an enhanced look/image.
