Just go to the Yahoo home page, click on "how to suggest a site" then it will tell you to either enter the top level URL or you can submit an RSS feed or you can create a text file similar to what you can do for google and submit that(after you sign in using your yahoo ID). That text file must be named urllist.txt and have all of your sites url's listed each on a single line. Unfortunately yahoo doesn't give you the nice interface like google does that shows statistics and status reports.

Creating a text file is the easiest way to go.

Just use notepad (most likely in your windows accessories folder) and copy your url list to it with one url per line

    for example:
    http://www.yoursite.com/index.html
    http://www.yoursite.com/page1.html
    http://www.yoursite.com/page2.html
    and so on

the easiest way to do this is just to browse through you site and copy the url's directly from the address bar on internet explorer. Then use "save as" and save the file as urllist.txt also be sure to set the encoding to UTF-8. This is a pull down menu in the "save as" window.

Copy this list to the highest level on your site which should be
    http://www.yoursite.com/urllist.txt

Then go to yahoo and submit the path above as your site map. Done!
You can also submit the same list to google sitemaps!

An RSS feed is a way for your site to tell others of updates to your site. I am certainly not an expert at this but I know that others on this forum are. There have been several posts about it on RealEstateWebmasters.

    Good luck!

    You've created a file called urllist.txt.
You have a website on some server somewhere.
Just place the file that you have created in the root directory of the website.
The server has a folder on it that is your website. Put Urllist.txt into that folder.

Put Urllist.txt in the same folder that hosts your index.htm or index.html file.
