It's personal preference, but I would rather have keyword rich domains and not branded just to myself. Number of reasons for it, but out of the ones you give i like realtyryan.

Agree about the keywords in domains but IMO, of the ones you listed, Ryan239 would be my favorite.
- My Buddy's House - SOLD! - Agent inquiries for single St. Petersburg Waterfront Homes are welcome (will develop the site for the property).
- OverlyReal.com - The best little real estate directory on the planet! (annual, non-refundable review fee required for directory consideration)
- Oversite.US - A general directory with real estate categories for quality references only! (annual, non-refundable review fee required for directory consideration)
Try to obtain a keyword rich domain if not, stick with RealtyRyan

Should I buy a few 'keyword rich domains' but brand myself with one of the above.. and then just have all the domains forward to one domain name??
I havent felt a need for that branding at all for myself. Get a keyword domain and start getting it to rank. Responded to your email as well so let me know if you have any questions.

Obvioulsy, a keyword rich domain will help you rank for those keywords.
However, you should be mindful of future expansion and branding.
If you forsee yourself wanting to expand into other areas down the road, you may want to go with something less city or region specific.
Same thing goes with using your name. If you are going to have a team working your leads, using your name might not be best either.
If you plan on working the leads yourself and/or you are going to focus on a specific geographic region, using your name or the region name in the domain makes a lot of sense.
Even if you go with something less specific (Trulia, Zillow, Movoto, Realtor, Etc..), you can get a fair amount of SEO benefit from using the keywords you are after in folder level of each page (/"city"-real-estate)

Roseville Homes for Sale, or anywhere in between.
I agree with others regarding rich keywords domain name, if you want to go with these I like Ryan239.com or Realtyryan.com
Good Luck!
I think something that has the words "naples", "homes" "sale" "real estate", etc would be a better choice for a domain.
Agree 100%. Domains become brands, so they need to be easy to remember.
If you tell someone your website at a bar/grocery store in Naples, will they remember it 5 hours later?
They certainly would if you owned NaplesRealEstate.com... (well maybe not after leaving the bar...![]()
