Yea, I'm seeing pr for the first time on a couple of new sites so it can't be the regurgitated pr from old data.

I'm seeing some updates as well...unfortunately, no huge increases for my homepage, but a lot of other pages are receiving solid ranks...let's see if they stick.

FP3 Boston Condos - FP3 Fort Point Channel Boston Seaport Condos

Not that it makes much sense, but it looks like I will be going to a PR4, good news is my blog is a PR3 with some PR4 internal pages. Again that really doesn't make any sense as the main page has just about all of the links and there are some high PR links pointing to it including HP links. Whatever as my ranking keep going up, the PR in the "Foolbar" is the last thing I am going to worry about.

I am noticing my main real estate site fluctuating between a pr 5 and 6. I hope it can get up to a 6. My other sites have all appeared to stay the same.

I have a fairly new website (developed it in November) which was just ranked, and on 10 databases it shows PR4 for the index page. And that with just a handful of links - 7 showing in Google. Does that mean that the links are not all they are perceived to be?

Google only shows a sampling of your total back links.

    1) Google only shows a random sampling of the links pointing to your site that they know about.
    2) Quality vs. quanity: 2 PR 8/10 links to your site from pages that have relativvely no outgoing links on them are worth far, far more than 200 PR 2/10 links from pages that have a ton of outgoing links on them (resembling a FFA or link farm).

I thought I should add that this is my opinion and the 8/10 and 2/10 PR #'s were only used so I didn't have to use and X for our example. I have no data that proves the numbers above that I used.

It's just that I didn't really do any serious link exchange for that website - didn't have time. I only worked on content...
