    Guys,

    I thought it was a good time for an update on my impression of the live chat. Things are still going well...While a fairly low percentage of our leads use the chat feature (approx 7%), the ones who do are VERY impressed as a whole.

    Given the cost effectiveness of the provider we are using, I see NO reason to change. One thing to bear in mind is that my site is HEAVILY traficked (many pageviews / day) (that's not bragging--- ) That's just to say that a site with less pageviews might find it less cost effective per lead.

    All of these "cool" features should be measured in cost / benefit...does it increase the user experience and increase leads and over the long haul provide more than enough more leads to cover the cost.

    In my case definately...but the solution I bought was an INEXPENSIVE solution that I do NOT have to staff... I would NOT do it if I have to do the chatting...

    Happy to share some actual examples of leads we have received from people for anyone who wants to PM me...

    Cheers;

    Eric

    Amazing how the simple things make such huge differences!
    After taking your advice, not 5 minutes later I had a chat request. Call it lucky, but it had restored some lost faith in the live chat issue.

    Thanks
