Hello, I am looking forward to gaining knowledge about real estate from you pros. I am interested in creating a tool that will be helpful to the rental home(tenant/landlord/property manager) industry. I hope that by joining this forum and asking questions I can give something in return. I just have to find out what that tool(website) should be about??? Thanks for your time. AL
