    Default Website Review: AZMultipleListingService.com

This new site [48 hours old] was built primarily for private owners [FSBO] and mobile home sales agents. In our local area something like this was desperately needed.

I talked with my local MLS and believe it or not they liked the idea

Functionally, I believe the site is solid. If you can find any problems please let me know.

Design wise, I am open to suggestions and/or FREE help .

Thanks for the keyword suggestions. As we build on more pages they are sure to come in handy. For the next short while we are targeting "AZ Multiple Listing Service".

In regards to your link, I should have explained better... we are targeting "pre-owned" mobile/manufactured homes in "rental" communities [chattel]. In Arizona you need a MH license to sell these chattel units. A real estate license will not suffice.

Most real estate licensees avoid this market. I can't really blame them. While the real estate market is red hot the manufactured housing market has hit all time lows. Oh well, it has to come up sooner or later... right?
