Are predictive dialers even legal anymore with the do not call rules?

From my experience as a loan officer cold calling 350 realtors a day, I can say that telemarketing does work.

However it's painstaking and requires great patience.

I've never cold called as a realtor trying to generate business and I probably never will. I just don't think it's the best use of my time. If I had a predictive dialer that filtered out numbers on the do not call list I might buy one.

Have any of you used a predictive dialer for prospecting?

Do you then personally call them? Or use a predictive dialer?

Yepper the dialers are still legal. You need to have a list that is "scrubbed" against the federal DNC list. I use five9 for the dialer, pretty cheap 200 a month per seat after the set up fee which is minimal.
They have a system that allows you to scrub all your data to make sure it's clean.
Tele marketing is rough, but if your decent it will always be the cheapest albieght rough way to generate buisiness for yourself.
I have a crew of 6 guys who do telemarketing 4 days a week with great ROI. Hope this helps a bit.

To be honest I've never cold called these guys. Here is what I might say thoughto a FSBO.
Hi prospect, can you help me out for second.
( most people will say yes, it's wierd, people do really want to help people.)
I was curious, have you seen any
change in the current real estate market that is affecting your asking price?
Prospect- "um, im not sure why." or "what is this?"
Well, i help people who have a very specific asking price, get that price through a proven system.
    Prospect "um ok"
Would it make sense if we chatted for a moment about how WE achieve this?

    * dont go into the converstaion assuming anything. Remain very nuetral and make them feel good about what they are trying to do, and sound like ya mean it.then just hit em with what ya got, baby. good luck. Feel free to comment , I can go deeper later on, if ya want. Thanks,
