I am Indexed. 103 pages. I was #1 for just about every search possible. Now nowhere. Gone. Used the tool but no where for keywords. ?????

It has been my experience that it's difficult to maintain good SERPs with templated sites like those from Advanced Access.

About all you can do is continue to add content, use in-line highlighting around keywords and phrases, and continue to add links.

Oh yeah, it's my recommendation that you employ a companion blog -- wordpress hosted on another server with a keyword defined URL.

Many real estate firms feature their main site; e.g,

http://www.wilkes-nc-real-estate.com/

while also using a blog; e.g.,

http://www.ncrealestateblog.com/

to market (point to) the main site.

Also notice how the blog entries are fed into the right-side-bar on the main site via an RSS feed.

This guarantees fresh content for the search engine spiders.

Also, blogs are used to display feature listings, those too are linked to the main site.

Just like your site, a blog needs to have lots of original content.
