I haven't had my first cup of coffee yet but I don't see how to get the twmplate where is the download??!? ..

I think that is for REW clients only.

Yes, the templates are a commercial REW hosted solution - I havent finished the page yet, but you can check out the info I have posted at http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/web-templates/
If you want to take a look at the backend, PM me I will send you to our example siteStarting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
