As a new Realtor, I would certainly be interested in someone knowledgeable managing a PPC, at least initially.

YES, I would be interested. I'm in my 1st month of ppc and I'm sure I'm not doing as well as I could. If I could pay someone up-front costs to get me started on the right foot and show me the ropes I'd sign up right now. Does anyone know of a reputable company that is providing this type of service right now? (I'm eager to get rolling )

Companies that are good at managing ppc campaigns dont want to "show you the ropes", anymore than an SEO company wants to show you the ropes. You are paying for their expertise. If you want someone to teach you, you should expect to pay for that as well.

I have already freely shared a lot of my own experiences and opinions on how to set up a PPC campaign and PPC landing pages on your site on this forum, and will continue to do so, up to a point. That limiting point is the specific set of keywords, ad text and negative keywords that I have developed and tested over 2-1/2 years of using Google AdWords to generate real estate leads. It took me about 10 months of learning, experimentation and gradual tuning to get everything working on all cylinders, so I do not care to share those on a public forum where my local real estate competitors can see and take advantage of it. No sense in setting someone up to compete with me! That's why I limit my meager PPC consulting efforts (really more of a hobby) to agents outside of my own market.

Now if someone here who is really strong on the SEO side is willing to swap some of their time to help me with that, in return for some PPC "bootstrap" consulting from me, that would be a great opportunity!

    Hey Ron,

You know I am up for trading ideas. Off site of course.

For the rest of you. I have been implimenting several of Ron's ideas over the last few months and with his ideas I have been able to really narrow my focus and Bring the COSTS DOWN.

I also know several agents who have hired Ron to set up their PPC Services and ALL are Very happy with the service and results.

    Ron's program works!

    Thanks Ron
