I am really not a fan of italics, they are hard to read. I would suggest reworking the area where it says "Buffalo & Montecello" as well the "Minnesota's #1 Homeseller serving Wright County and the surrounding area. " also in italics.

I like the right column of the main body, looks very corporate as the image and buttons, however the dropdowns I think could be in a stronger color, that color with that font size again provides legibility issues.

I would probably left justify with a margin the content in the left column so that it was inline with the right columns look

Finally I would increase the font size of the main nav farthest left,so that it matched the font size of your main body links, and obviously it looks pretty bare with just the 2 links there

Nice site though, certainly on the higher end of the spectrum for a real estate site vs what else I have seen

That optical illusion with the framing is hard on the eyes. To see what I mean scroll up and down while looking at the house frame.

Silicon .... this was not a rebuild .... are you meaning ColdwellBanker.com? or CBburnet.com? This site is neither of those at all. Thanks for the pointers on the lakes. We haven't nailed down complete content yet and thats a good one to keep in mind. Who is NRTwebservices? We are a private company.

Resell ... I don't see the optical illusion. But thats not the first time I wouldn't "get it". Not a template, we do full design.

I like it, clean and simple. The left hand navigation panel looks a little barren.

I think the site looks good, and I only have one comment.

Before you proceed farther do take heed on the italics. Only use them when quoting sombody or referencing the title of a book or something.
