Can anyone recommend a contact management plug-in OR software application that uses Microsoft Outlook as its primary "engine"? Specifically I want a tool that will help me manage buyer/seller leads, create and auto-send time-specific drip mailers to different groups/individuals, etc.
I've found two different companies that provide an outlook-based product. See:
Sonoma Enterprises (seems expensive and website is fairly non-desript) http://www.sonomaenterprises.com/outlook.htm
Eureka Software (cheap): http://www.eurekaware.com/
Does anyone have experience with either of these products? If you haven't worked with these two products, can you recommend another worth checking out? Again, I want this for contact management and auto-prospecting.

I've tried Eureka. It's not very good. Too simplistic. There're a couple of other software that integrates well with Outlook but not exactly an add on. Goldmine and Salesboom both have seamless integration. Worth checking out. BTW, have you tried the Business Contact Manager that comes with Office 2003?
