    I recommend that you sign up for Webmaster Tools at Google. Within the tools, they will provide you with a complete list of "external" links to pages within your website.

    The link: command in Advanced search is worthless. If you cannot sign up for webmaster tools, just Google your domain and you will get all pages that Google has indexed that reference your domain.

    I manage several websites. There is a backlink that I like from a particular "community" type of site. So, for each site I manage a profile is established and of course a link to the website is placed.

    Several months later when checking google for backlinks I notice that out of all the sites a couple of them show they have the backlink but the other sites do not show it.

    So, I find it interesting that for example: 5 sites on the same day or same week could receive a backlink from this 1 "community site" from 5 separate profiles - but several months later only 1 site shows it has the backlink when checking at google.. yahoo and the others register the backlink for all 5 sites.

    Not sure why this happens but think "g" is just fickle.

    You can only have 3 links in your sig, i would fix it before the boss see it on the forum
