I would even be willing to pay a reasonable price for something out there that would be easily customizable.

Do you (or anyone else out there) have any suggestions of a good custom app for MLS / IDX?

Right now I am thinking of implementing a simple configuration file with the IDX, whereby the agent/client can simply click/check/uncheck a few things, enter a few integers and so on, and this reflecting on their actual IDX system onsite. This is technically not difficult to implement, however such facilities are less redundant than the hard-wired interface (for instance..what if the config file gets deleted/renamed by accident?), and are prone to user error.

But yeah, I suppose it'd be a nice thing to select the fields you want to show, their display positions and whether they're in blue or pink hehe.
