Back in the good old days in 2005, real estate agents didn't have to do much more than hang out a for-sale sign and await a stampede of buyers. Prices soared and many sellers had multiple offers on a single property. Those days are gone, and builders and real estate agents are finding creative ways to keep the still-healthy market going.
