The Palazzo Del Lago In Orlando Florida - Preconstruction

Has anyone seen anything on this Palazzo Del Lago in Orlando Florida? I know several people getting involved in the preconstruction phase of the development and just wanted to see what the group thought.

From what I hear the Palazzo del Lago is going to be one of the largest preconstruction real estate releases in Orlando for 2006. In my opinion I think it can pull in a decent amount of rental income become it's going after the business travelers as well as the tourists looking for an Orlando hotel with class.

I think one of the main factors I want in is my track records with resort management companies that were just plain incompetent. I know many people never look at the management company but for me its one of the most important factors. The Palazzo del Lago hired a 4 star management company that I'm sure is much more professional then the mom and pop companies I'm used to dealing with.


Although I feel strongly towards the Palazzo del Lago (especially for the price) if anyone has another preconstruction development in Orlando I should look into please let me know. Or if you are an agent that has any info I would love to hear your thoughts... (Feel free to message with ANY Palazzo del Lago hotel info - I want all the information I can get)

Are you trying to create some traffic for this site? Do you happen to be doing the SEO for this project? You mention the name of the this project several times (unnecessarily by the way).

Nope, just wanted to see what people in the forum think about it. Although the only thing I've got to read about the project is a press release. I've purchased several preconstruction properties over the last year but with prices going up I REALLY want to do my research before spending 400k+...

This is an $800,000,000 development so I'm sure someone here knows sometihng about it more then just the press release.

Bennet Sebastian is a member of REW and sells real estate in Orlando. He probably knows a few things about it.

Condotels in Sarasota were a great investment if you purchased them many years ago. Now that the prices are so high they don't make much sense. It all depends on what they will price each unit at. There are thousands of other hotel rooms and vacation rentals in Orlando to compete with.

The renderings look really cool. The rendering always seem to look better than the actual building.

You say you arent doing any promotion of this property and just want info because you might want to invest, I go to your homepage and what do I see? The featured property on your site is the very property you claim you just want info on. I think you should give us some more credit, please do not use REW for self promotion (And be less than truthful when a mod calls you on it), it is one of the fastest ways to lose your membership here.
