Ok, so REW has been seriously lacking in meaningful discussion lately. I was wondering why that was, other than the fact that a few of my favorites no longer post here. I guess it boils down to a question of why people come here. So, with that in mind, why do you come here?

Because...

you are interested in obtaining more BL's to your site(s)

you are interested to share information/find out how to convert more users to leads and clients

you are interested in making your website more useable for your prospects

What is it that brought you here and has kept you here?

The reasons i come to this forum:

1. Looking for link partners.
2. Interested in people that are in this never ending sandbox with me - seeing what their experiences are.
3. See how other real estate sites SEO their site.
4. And sometimes i just drop by because i am just passing time.

I agree, it's been kind of quite lately. You can't say I didn't try.

In this forum my primary interest are:

First, the exchanging of information information and ideas as they relate to real estate websites. It's great to have others in the field who can related to what your're experiencing and who might have already found a solution.

Second, real estate related reciprocal links. Which reminds me, [shameless plug] I have two websites [see my signature] to exchange links with. My reciprocal links directory is heavily SEO for maximum benefit to reciprocal links.

Yep, I admit, I have been absent recently as well and it has been quite.. but I still come back for some reason... Glad you missed me chachi... here are my three:

1) INFORMATION - I still haven't learned enough about seo to satisfy my knowledge cravings.
2) IDEAS- I like hearing what others are doing to get leads/sales/income
3) DELEGATION - I delegate forum members and staff to follow google (and other SE's) and report changes & updates. Hopefully we can get Jenny to sometime post the crack to the current G (before it changes in a week)...lol

Plus I like helping Morgan build his RE/SEO empire !

Even I myself have been a little absent and I appologise, I have just been so busy setting up the new hosting company and trying to take care of clients that it has been tough getting here. I am actually launching a new Real Estate Optimization site by mid next month so this place will start to see a lot more attention.

I really appreciate you all sticking around and hopefully I can repay you with more helpful information and of course LINKS! (Shameless please bug SEO Jason if you dont have at least 12 links from us :-)

I keep coming back here, because i'm told to. lol, no cause i enjoy talking with everyone, maybe i joke around a bit too much though. i come here to help people, get link exchanges, build the "re/seo empire" as san diego so eloquently put it.

I come here because this is specifically built for us, real estate webmasters. I learn, sometimes share and always read. I do not have much to share though, because I simply do not know that much yet. I have been working feverishly on my real estate agent directory (in my sig) and just can't wait for the next Google PR update, if there ever is going to be another. I expect to have PR on every page in there, all 54 of them. Right now this is the only one with PR, and it happened at the last PR update 15 years ago. I agree, it has been slow here. I am as much to blame as anyone, as I had found SEO-Guys SEO forum and WMW and have been playing around abit there when I have free time.
