    Default Buyers for Brokers

    I am conducting a research project of interest to Brokers
    involving a method of precisely pinpointing who will buy from them. Those who are interested please see;

    http://buyersforbrokers.blogspot.com/

    Note, this is not an advert. This is a free offering, my purpose is to collect feedback, opinions of the method.

    Does the method have anything to do with High Probability Selling? If not, are you familiar with HPS?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your inquiry. You asked if this method was based on HPS.

    No, it is completely different. HPS and other statistical probability tools have an important place to be sure and merit recognition.

    The method I have discovered is unique in the market place and delivers far superior results in the process of profiling the actual buyer who will indeed buy. Additionally, it can also provide the exact, detailed steps the seller needs to take specifically to address each concern any buyer has to close the sale.
    Here, via this method however, this information is provided in ADVANCE, before the broker has even met the buyer.

    This can be processed in reverse as well. I can tell you the specific characteristics of a buyer who has bought any property from you in the past, with out ever having met your buyer personally.

    All that is required is some simple, descriptive information about the property, and the broker. This could be emailed to me. Using the method, I send back to you a detailed profile of who your buyer actually was, in a short period of time.

    However, to increase the value of the demonstration, we would ensure that the descriptive information of the property and of the broker was only partial. In other words, you don't provide a complete address of the property, nor any full names. Only enough information so that there is a relatively decent image of the process that occurred.

    Then I send back a detailed profile of the buyer, as you would perceive them specifically, characteristically.

    So what is the value to the broker here? The value is that this process can be done, in a time forward fashion. For instance, you have a property you wish to sell.
    Making too many concessions can wear you out. Getting bogged down in a mass of details, dealing with them one by one sometimes means doubling your efforts to resolve the situation. That’s not a happy place to be. If you actually knew in advance, what specific type of person would buy a specific property you'd save an enormous amount of time and energy and dramatically increase profit over time.

    The buyer WILL tend to match the description given, even if you haven't met them yet. By seeking this one out and avoiding the other prospects for this property you will tend to sell it faster, with fewer headaches, greater profit for you and greater satisfaction and contentment for your client.

    The method is scientific and reveals that each property will harmonize to a specific person who will seek it out and respond to you in a certain way.
    I have developed a unique forecasting method that harmonizes specific behavior and personality patterns with property aquisitions.

    While I am not associated with this group in any way, I find it interesting that some of the scientific principles used by the people at;

    www.dimensionallife.com are similar to mine, however they apply their technique to resolving certain medical debilitations, whereas I am able to apply a similar approach to harmoniously matching buyers to sellers (brokers).

    I hope this helps to answer your question. Feel free to ask for a demonstration.

    Lets begin.

    Shall we, for the purpose of demonstration, provide you with the detailed profile of a past buyer of a property? If so, do you have one in mind?
    If so, please provide the following information back to me;

    First name of the agent who sold to the buyer

    A brief description of the property, i.e.;

    Partial street address, i.e., house, apartment number

    Basic type of structure, i.e., condo, luxury house, executive apartment,
    commercial development strucuture.

    Is it new, older...

    Basic description of the immediate neighborhood

    Dominant features of the structure, i.e. colour, number of floors, well lit (i.e. lots of sunlight), spiral stair case, lots of windows, hardwood floors, etc....

    Optional, but possibly helpful, the month and year the property was sold in

    That should be enough for a first time demonstration....

    I just found out the agent's name was Don (male) not Dayona (female). Sorry.

    This is an odd mix, took a while to process. It seems likely that the agent Don would tend to have a 'lighter' view of the buyer.
    The moderator, would view the buyer (if the buyer was known to the moderator), in a more serious fashion.

    Normally, a profile would be much shorter. For the purpose of this demonstration I have added extra details.
    NOTE: That after 'PART TWO' of the below accuracy may be less, this data may be fuzzier. Emphasis on 'may'.

    The person who currently would live at; Property description: 301 S Signal Butte Lot #417, fits the following description on March 24 - 06

    The person is very expressive with affection. Often has had past popularity with the opposite sex, likely resulting in a hasty marriage, but likely the marriage was not long lasting. Passion burns out this form of love and thus the marriage turns into domestic unhappiness. Likely the person is rash and impulsive whenever appeals to sympathies are made, often the buyer helps unworthy causes. It is likely that this person has been extravagant in expenditures in the past.

    This person needs to focus on natural body movement, remaining spontaneous and with the ingenuity of a little child. Some sort of starchy kill joys are around
    the person, care should be taken to avoid being down trodden by the heaviness of these others.

    This person is overworking somehow and is likely a victim of their own generosity. Other peoples needs are draining and disallowing this person to look after their own needs, more time needs to be taken for recovery.

    This person is living in a sort of bubble, contact has been cut off and it is difficult for others to communicate with this person. Patience is required when interacting with this person.

    This person is likely experiencing the nature of a vagabond to some degree. Feels the need, almost as a compulsion to allow the heart to wander for a time.
    This person may be indecisive, fickle, not in complete control. The journey they are on is an inner one. A new period of release will bring a sort of invigoration.
    =====================

    Here is how the agent Don would describe the buyer

    Awake intellect fond of literature and science, resourceful and able to deal with emergencies. Has progressive ideas which are liberal, always on the look out for the same. This person would have an affinity to occupations similiar to the newspaper field, where they can skip from one subject to the next, since their
    mind is extremely restless. This person has a great love for travelling, desiring to meet many people. This person might also be active in an occupation such as travelling saleman, canvasser - something similiar.

    The buyer tends to be very set in opinion regarding correct appearance and manner, this is present in their speech also. Once an opinion is formed they cling to it stubbornly.

    The buyer frequently experiences good ideas, has a gift for talking, can express optimistically and confidently. The buyer has a decent view of life in general, the mind sees far and is able to plan long term. There is an issue the buyer is wrestling with but there is a clear understanding of the matter. The buyer will experience a fortunate twist and this may come through some sort of solution to a mathematical or techincal issue.

    Someone helps the buyer revive and become stimulated, this is a fortunate chance for re-evaluation of actions and plans, There are thoughts of taking a new direction in life. The buyer needs to reflect on all the implications possible from this

    The buyer is capable of being seductive in some manner, but is shaky in deploying this power. The concern is where to direct this power and how to use this ability without going over the top, this confusion may cause the buyer to display behaviour that is contradictory. The buyers sense of discernment is shaken up. The buyer will be able to pursuade the one wished for at the right moment.

    Inner inhibitions or repressions, the state of feeling depressed, increasing loneliness, separation from the community, renunciation, difficulties in the relationship with the other sex, joint and shared suffering, illness, separation (divorce).
    The buyer is experiencing inner repressions, feels depressed, an increase of loneliness as though separated from the rest of the community. Its as though
    the buyer is experiencing some form of renunciation perhaps due to difficulties with the other sex, or suffering shared with another, perhaps illness is present here
    and or divorce, separation.
    Buyer faces an intense obstacle which cannot be completely sidestepped. Unable to confront the obstacle directly, must step back and withdraw, wait a while.
    No shame in this, soon the trouble will pass.
    The buyer is ambitious, certain of the future, the few problems will be overcome.
    The heart of the storm is approaching the buyer, Areas neglected previously will be stirred up and cleansed. The buyer needs to stand firm and regroup.
    The buyers is soon to experience intense movement in life and must act with speed. To navigate around the obstacles the reflexes must be sharp as an athletes.
    The buyer needs to be spontaneous, doubt will be the mind killer and mess things up.

    PART TWO:
    ----------
    Here is how the moderator might perceive the buyer

    If the buyer is in a negative state, the moderator would view the buyer as having a gloomy mind, seeing life from a biased point of view. An overall general discontentment with life that could turn into a diseased state of mind. Cunning, sneaky, not to be trusted. But if, when the buyer is in a positive state then the person would be viewed by the moderator as being honest and determined to work towards any goal no matter how long it takes, which would translate ultimately into a large measure of success and recognition from contemporaries would be eminent.

    The resale Broker Moderator would also see the following traits in the buyer, if the buyer was known to the moderator

    The buyer tends to have more than one marriage, at times the buyer appears benevolent, attempts to create good will between people, can be optimistic and
    affable, is kind, loving, sympathetic. There may be occasional spiritual undertones, which may be religously expressed. The buyer likely enjoys drama, art, music.
    This person is capable of (in their positive phase) spiritual devotion to the divine and or humanity, philanthropy and charity. This is likely more close to the
    true 'self'.

    At times others might view the buyer as any one of the following, or may find the buyer to be in the company of;
    the actor, deceitful person, liar

    Further;
    The buyer has experienced a very tense love-relationship, the desire to overcome inhibitions or obstacles in love suddenly. - A very strong temporary infatuation, a quarrel between lovers, a sudden separation. May be feeling the urge to escape or transcend obstacles in a relationship quickly. Some form of intense infatuation of a temporary nature has occured, a fight between lovers, a sudden separating.
    At times the buyer is tender hearted to a degree, when the buyer asserts affections, and they have been positioned there is dedicated loyalty to the object of affection (as long as the buyer feels this strongly). The buyer tends to have experienced favours from those higher in the social scale in the past. The buyer may have also had success in the entertainment and or educational sphere.
    The emotional nature tends to be powerful and yet is often toned down by a sorrowful element. The buyer often feels a need to help others who are ill or aflicted in some manner or are suffering in some way, Intense love of music, and a good chance that the buyer is capable of vocal or instrumental musical expression. This allows the buyer to express the deepest of emotions. Unfortunately the buyer is likely to have experienced problems of a financial nature via a sort of illegitmate marriage or imposition of a financial natuire from others.
    ============
    When the moderator wrote the following;
    "This will be interesting... and I say that with all sincerity."
    thoughts in the background were
    concern of being in a situation, akin to nurturing, motherhood and having doubts about this role, feelings of uncertainty will be sustained by those in your circle
    but ignore how others judge you. You must. Your stability depends largely on your very real ability to nurture others around you and people rely on you for this.

    Further, the inner block that has been affecting your vitality has been caused by a temproarry setback. Others should not be blamed for this frustrating annoayance, liberty begins to occur once it is realized the obstacle lies within.

    Concern regarding (possibly someone doing this to you or some other person) chasing fatalistic plans, talking without action, promises not being kept. Plans with hope, others tending to being harmed through falsehood or sneaky behaviour, the means of undermining another's position. If someone is attempting to do this to the moderator,
    the moderator should avoid this person as much as possible.

    To verify the accuracy of this "profile" would require learning more about the client than I care to know.

    Assuming that your "profile" was correct how would this type of information be of help in knowing who would buy?
