Has anyone come across this spammy site realtyhomesites.com?

This site http://www.reboulder.com/ is No.1 in Yahoo and MSN for "boulder real estate". (One of realtyhomesites.com sites.)

I took a hard look at it and noticed that they are hidding text inside a hidden frame that is served up only to the search engine spider. View it here and you will see what i am talking about: http://www.delorie.com/web/lynxview.....reboulder.com

I notice they have many more sites like this across the country and i was wondering if anyone else has run up against them and beat them?

I wrote the company a note asking them to remove the hidden frame from their page or i would report them to Yahoo! I am not sure that is going to help at all.

Google handles this site better and places in at around #200.

Over the years i have had more success at sending a note to the webmaster than i have had sending a abuse report to the search engine.
