    Default Expresscopy.com postcard mailer

    expresscopy.com

I haven't used this company yet but it has come highly recommended by an agent in Maryland, so I though some of you might like to know about it. You can upload your mailing list and card design (or use their templates), then they supposedly will print, label AND mail postcards within 24 hours. Very reasonable prices: for example, 100 full color jumbo postcards, printed and mailed, $69.

They have another program which will send out Just LIsted and Just Sold postcards automatically within 48 hours of the listing being placed in your local MLS, where the data is available. It sounds like a great service for super busy agents.

Thanks, This is very helpful. Can you put anything on these cards or does it have to be houses sold? Can it be advertising a rental site?

As I mentioned, I have not actually used this service. However, since you can upload your own design, I assume you design can be for whatever you want: selling goats? trading Corvettes?

I strongly recommend QuantumMail. Good pricing, great address scrubbing/farming capability and very responsive service and support.

First experience with ExpressDocs - Good quality postcards - took 1 day more than promised but we will use them again.

I have used Quantium Mail in the past and was pleased with their service also. One of my colleagues recently used Quantium and for whatever reason it took them forever (weeks) to get their Just Sold card out

I go to vistaprint.com and sometimes they give 250 FREE Post Cards and you only pay $5.25 for shipping. I just bought 300 smaller post cards for $15.75, (but had to do it on separate orders) but this to me is worth getting them. They are nice and besides, once the Post Office gets the post cards, run them thru the machine, bag them up, and deliver them, they are not in the best of shape anyway. I have seen really nice expensive looking post cards, look terrible, all messed up by the time they got to me, all because of the post office handling.
But check out vista print they work for me

I've found expresscopy.com to be quite easy to use for my listings and farming needs. I think that they've actually got an automated postcard listing program but I've just upload my custom branded mail pieces and they do all of the printing and mailing for me and then my cards are in the mail within 24 hours. The cards look great too because they put a lamination coating on them which makes me look really professional. It's been great to go to listing appointments and actually see the my mail pieces that the home owner has kept.

The other thing I like is that expresscopy.com has got a lot of great seasonal templates that I can easily customize online and then send out to my clients and sphere list. It's easy an easy and affordable way to stay in touch with my base throughout the year.

I haven't tried these other companies listed here, and I probably won't since what I'm getting right now is great and it's producing results for me.

MyNeighborhoodAgent has come highly recommended - custom flyers and postcards printed in house and mailed to you or your customers
