    The part where you are saying "You represent your seller!". That kind of bothers me. I never represented the seller and would not because I did not feel that I could do so in their best interest. I take both of these things seriously and I think we all should. I kind of hope that I am taking you the wrong way or this is a misunderstanding of what each other is saying.

    I was saying that if you take the listing - then you represent the seller and you have to do the best for him. I don't think I would take the listing because I would have a hard time keeping my mouth shut. Probably the only way I would take the listing is if the seller was willing to disclose that the pedofile lives next door. I don't know if this clears up what I said or not. Wayne

    This seller would have never let an agent tell a buyer.

    I agree that the seller's best interest comes first. I did not feel like it could in this case if I listed the house.

    In California the database disclosure tells the client to look at the Megans Law Website..... But if you know, you have to tell.
