I really like the "MLS Power Search" solution that was previously sold by ReChannel but was apparently discontinued when they were acquired by eNeighborhoods. This is essentially the same MLS/IDX solution utilized by Help-U-Sell and a number of other companies. If you aren't familiar with the product, you can see a quick screengrab here:

I tried to contact eNeighborhoods about the product but they don't know anything about it since they are no longer supporting it. I know the product exists because its still being utilized quite a bit by agencies/realtors.

Can anyone tell me where I can find this product? Thanks!
