Ok so what is the most expensive listing in Your Market?

This Del Mar Real Estate Listing is currently selling for only $50 Million.

Anybody have a buyer for this that they would like to refer? We could both retire! Well maybe not but we wouldn't have to work very hard for the rest of the year.

I think the most expensive listing in my little town is like 4 million, but up here in Canada, that is a freakin lot!

It's not the biggest, just the most expensive. There is another one at 12.5 m that is 19,768 sqft.

I have an investor/developer who is building a home that got an appraisal based on the plans at 12.5m. Already have 3 guys fighting over it and last I heard he had an offer at 38 million. To bad I won't get a piece of the action. Maybe the next one.

This old little farm is selling for a cool $18.8 million in Loudoun County Virginia. Of course, I would never consider it - it only has a 2 car garage!
