$25 mill in the Chicagoland area and the taxes are $152,936 ... Would post a link, but it only has one crappy photo and there is no point in even looking at it. Plus my search requires a login per the mls.
The Suburban House Hunters Team would like to thank REW members for past referrals! We are never to busy to handle your Chicago area referrals.

Always looking for quality unique content for our real estate agent blog, PM me if interested in writing a post.

My thoughts on the Sarasota Association of REALTORS actions.

They should have two MLS's, the old style paper book that comes out every two weeks for those listers that get one or less photo and the electronic one for those listers that get multiple photo's. Ban those with no media to the paper book. If they want to work it the old way, let them do it the old way.

I am sick and tired of getting requests from prospects for more pictures, jumping through hoops to get up with the lister, and then 90 % of the time having to tell my prospect that the lister is sending more photos (which they don't) or that they won't provide any more pictures.

    Default Terrell Owens' house

Well, at $4.199M, it's definitely not the most expensive house, but it may be one of the most intriguing...it belongs to ex-Eagle/new-Cowboy, Terrell Owens:
