WOW that is a bright site... Looks like a box of Crayola got a hold of the page and when wild...
I like the database thing at the top, I like the CSS, I don't like the rainbow colors ( I know it's suppose to be a happy bright cheerful site but thats just my opinion)..
I would just change that to a color theme ( two or three colors with diferent shades of those same colors throughout.)

I like the chat idea.. but hello, I went there and no one is available... I would have someone of the office or team looking at that at least 8 hours out of the day.....

The mortgage calcs are a good deal... very clean and helpful....
bablefish is always good especially since you have mostly text and not pictures of words like my site has in some areas....

Anyhow, Hope it's not to harse of a critisim... I do like the amount of content very very very much.. I wish I had time to do all that for my sites....

I get a lot of comments from buyers that simple is better. Basically, they want to look at homes. Make it easy for them to get what they want when they hit your site by putting a big "Search Homes" button or icon right in front of them.

Getting traffic is one thing. Encouraging customers to stay and come back is also important. If they don't see what they want, they'll move on. You've only got 3-4 seconds to give them a reason to stay, in my opinion.

What immediately caught my attention was the number of links on the page: 324.

The second thing that caught my attention was the total page size: 266704 bytes.

Here is an excellent SEO Tutorial. I refer to this tutorial a lot but it's a great read.

The front page seems to be pretty general. No target keyword/phrase. Was that intentional?

I've framed a MLS search provided by Listingware (listingware.com) and really like it. Get lots of compliments from buyers and is relatively inexpensive. You'll have to call them and check to see if they service your area before buying.
