Well, I agreed with Rustin on the colors at first, but you know what, it is Miami baby....it is all about bright colors down there. I don't like all of those silly real estate link exchange banners/buttons you have. Get rid of those things. If the SE's don't penalize for those things now, they probably will in the future. In any event they are just clogging up the page. Get reciprocal links the old fashioned way. You are here now, that is a great start.

The only thing I really wanted to change is the font for your CSS menus. I would make them bold or use a fatter font. I liked being able to see how many homes were for sale in each part of town too. I think you could clean it up a bit and get a bunch of stuff off that index page too. Think about all of the buyers you have dealt with in the past. What are the most important things to them? Give them the two or three most important things to them on your front page in plain view.

99% of banners removed. they indeed were slowing down the frontpage and didnt do any good for bringing traffic, as it was originally planned. Thanks for advise with a bold font for side links. We updated a layout again. As per having information displayed for different parts of the city - it would be a part of the zip code search in the future. That will require to create new tables in the database and program an interface/search.

Stuff like that works for one of my test sites in yahoo but Google might think thats a shady spam technique and kept ya from the top....

    - Just my opinion

Google does consider this "Deceptive or Manipulative Behavior." This will not only "keep you from the top" it will get you removed from Google!

You might consider reading Google's webmasters guidelines.

Also, by doing this you have qualified your site as one "NOT" to link to. I'm assuming you are going to fix this issue. If not, of course, we wouldn't reciprocate links with your site and would recommend others do the same.

and when you leave out the www. it says something other than what your web site is. The way the search engines involve, you need to be a serious webmaster or you are only wasting your time

Spam is "loading pages with irrelevant words", "cloaking or sneaky redirects", "doorway" pages with little or no original content, registering misspellings of well-known web sites, participating link schemes and this can go on.
Yes, we will unhide the text - that was the violation, but we will not remove this text. The mentioned text represents the list of the communities names and city names where our business operates and therefore this is how consumer finds us. We are not trying to deceive or manipulate consumers - we indeed offer the information for the mentioned cities and communities such as listings, local information, maps etc. The alternative would be to dynamically populate communities and cities on the front page, but not every search engine spider crawls dynamic pages.

The similar lists could be found on other sites: http://www.broward-properties.com/buyahome.html ; http://www.advancedwebnetwork.com/ and there are dozens of others. Those sites have been on the first pages of Google and Yahoo for a long time. None of them mislead consumers with their text; quite the reverse, the text serves to help the consumer find agencies that work in those communities.

Site map leads to an unfinished page:
