    Default domains power

    i may have a really good domain name that I haven't started to use. What are the best tools to use that show a domains clicks, hits, and etc??

    We use Urchin tracking software, it gives very detailed reports of all the activity on your site/domain.

    yeah, we usually just host it, and check the stats via our server (Urchin, Google Analytics, awstats, webalyzer) whatever you got should do the trick

    Or download the logs and analyze them with any one of the commercially available log analyzers. The domain name itself isn't likely to get any traffic on it's own though.

    You can use dp's keyword tool to get an idea as to how many searches there are for the keywords that your domain will target.

    I'm with VRI on this. The domain name is not going to give you traffic unless it's something like sex.com, money.com, realestate.com, or so forth. The traffic is going to come from search engine placement.
