If you weren't worth it, I wouldn't be here and y'll would be out of business. I did six weeks of research and interviewing at 5-6 hours a day before I decided to go with REW !

    I got your back !

    Hi Bob,

Most of the registrations are coming from the the other searches - mls, pre-arranged searches, etc.

Your site is looking great by the way.

    Thanks,

I still have a ton of pages to create. Sounds like your site is doing real well.
If you are looking for San Diego Real Estate or you want to view San Diego MLS listings (or at least that portion of the data feed that SANDICOR allows us to display on our websites) go to a local San Diego County real estate Agent's Site.

Based upon his/her's definition of 'lead' their conversion rate is higher than statistical average because they qualify their leads before they classify them as leads.

In our tracking, a lead is any type of inquiry be email, web form, search registration, phone or other - we consider that stage 1 and all stage 1's go on drip's and 8x8's. Stage 2 is a secondary - usually different or more detailed contact with the lead - they usually ask to be put on additional contact lists or ask for additional information. Stage 3 is more qualified - they have a time frame, or they have proven they are in the look now to buy now stage. At that point, most stage 3 buyers become 'potential buyers'.

We track all stages, but we consider our most important stages to be 0-1, 3-potential, potential to buyer, buyer to contract, contract to close.
