A new Singapore MLS portal - property.showrooms.sg

Dear members,

Here is a new property listings portal build for Singapore agents and owners.
It is not just another listings site. Our objective is to enable all of our members an agent website of their own and all listings are pulled to form a MLS for agents, buyers and vendors.
Take a look at http://property.showrooms.sg

We have tested it on major browsers like FireFox, Opera, Safari and IE6.
Not sure if the layouts are ok on other/ older browsers.

Any comment is appreciated.

I would suggest to put the google ads at more visible place on the pages. And, not more then one per page section (ex: in the articles section).

I'm just trying to maximise the google ads as recommended. Will try to re-arrange the layout so that the ads are not too congested.

Ok, I added a bigger adsense banner at top of page and removed a smaller adsense adv at bottom. Hopefully this will increase the click rates. Will monitor for few days. One mean consideration is to have adsense codes of top placement adv to be the first code in html flow, as recommended.
