    Like Aaron said, a person can feel wronged -- but if there aren't any damages, there is nothing to sue for.

    So there was never a buyer-brokerage agreement signed? I guess not?

    I know in Texas all agents used to work for the sellers their were no "buyer" agents. When they created buyers agents their are pretty strict rules that you have to inform clients early on which side of the deal you are working on.

    I dont understand how you had 5 deals with the same agent. Was their another agent involved or did he sell you 5 houses that he was the listing agent for.

    The person made the initial question with one post 4/26/06. I doubt if he is checking the forum over a year later for answers!

    opps. I saw it at the top of the thread and figured it was recent. His question got alot more answers a year later than it did originally.

    It would be nice if the original date of the post accompanied the title of the post.
    Serving all your Outer Banks real estate needs and if you are looking for a deal then search all Outer Banks foreclosures for bank owned real estate.

    Hi William,

    Your Realtor should have had you sign an agency disclosure. Are you sure that he was not acting as a transaction broker? As stated earlier, did this affect you negatively in anyway?
