What a nice surprise, I didn't even purposely target Dutchess County in general.

That is the side benefit of your keyword "Dutchess County Real Estate". You are in effect going after Dutchess County at the same time.

I have started to get a hit or two from MSN beta, plus one lead and I asked him why he used MSN beta. He said that a friend told him about it and he likes the results better than Google. Can't wait until the Beta version goes live and handles all of MSN searches.

sure it'll be nice when the msn search is out, but i think they'll still have some work to do to get people searching there instead of google.

I agree, google definately seems to be the benchmark.

yeah, but MSn is spending a few dollars here and there on promoting the new engine still.... (and it's still where i get a lot of my "targeted hits" from)...
