Anyone get in on the Beta of YPN? I am kind excited for YPN because it gives us publishers more options rather then just Adsense. If anyone has any info please share.

I recently added YPN to my forum pages. We'll see how it goes.

I use YPN and I think it is great. It is really easy to customize colors, and they have features like ad targeting, which allows you to choose a category, and sub category. The ads display more relevant content. Some of the Real Estate Subcategories are:
Investment
Real Estate Business
For sale by Owner
Foreclosure
Inspection
And More
How do you get set up?

We use YPN and Google AdSense contextual ads both on one site (although obviously they do not appear on the same pages). YPN appears to have a slightly higher click payment but does not have the sheer volume of advertisers that Google does.
On the other hand, YPN's ad category selection feature is progressive, allowing you to at least control the general subject of the ads that appear on your pages. Both of them can be wildly erratic at times because returns are a direct function of the advertiser's keyword bidding process. Seasons and hollidays will effect your income too.
Both are easy to use and set up. Overall, YPN is a solid contextual ad program.
