Templates coming to life

Hey guys, I get a ton of realtors who contact me for SEO Friendly design but cant affored my services and so I decided to provide them with a wicked cool 100% up to date SEO friendly template for a real estate site. I'm working on a bunch of styles but at the moment I have one look Im pretty happy with.

Here are 2 versions of it on 2 of my test sites

Now the beauty of these designs is in the coding however obviously we want this to be able to get realtors email leads and phone calls

So what do you think? Is this kind of template workable for real estate? Obviuosly the links on the left can be whatever the realtor wants I just tossed some BS content up there, but I just wanted to get the look and feel working,

PS I am aware the CSS breaks down in mozilla, those 2% of internet users are more like .000005% when it comes to real estate searches so im not concerned but likely will do something about it anyways cause it bugs me, oh yeah and yes I know there may be broken links and misspellings, just looking for frame concept comments

Do you want one JimJ? You are welcome to it. I need a few really nice high rez pics of your area and as long as you can handle uploading your own content you can have one for free. Typically I would charge $500 for one, but you are a great contributor here and I dont mind giving back a little. Let me know

There is no catch my friend, just provide us with some nice pics of your area, so that I can cater the images specific to you, then I'll have my designer swap the pics for you and away you go.

Well I suppose the only real catch is you have to know enough html to be able to create new pages as needed and update your own content. Oh yeah and you have to be able to host it, but you have a hosting account right?

No, but I heard the guys at seo-guy.com had a pretty good hosting set up. I guess I will have to give them a shot.

How are you hosting your site? If you dont have hosting?

I will take one of your template sites to the top of Google and then sell a few of these sites for you in return. I have a few family members and friends in my business that need to dump their current template sites or just plain get a site. So I guess you will get a salesman out of this deal.
