In order to maintain the high level of quality here at REW I have added an addition to our rules, a new linking policy.

This policy reads as follows and is posted in the rules thread.

Linking policy - Real Estate Webmasters (REW) will not link to any websites that violate any search engines terms of service. If you are posting about a website that is violating the SE's terms of service for discussion purposes do not make it a live link. If you are linking to your own sites that violate these terms of service, in posts or in your signature, your linking privelleges will be revoked
If you think a website is violating the SE's terms of service and wish to discuss it, we ask that you post the link without http: or www so that a live link is not created.

The reason for this policy is this: Search engines care about who you link to and there can be serious penalties assessed to a site if it links to "Bad Neighborhoods", and due to the nature of this community (It is a discussion group) sites that are breaking these rules often get brought up in discussion.

I just want to make sure we keep the forums clean of links to bad neighborhoods and also I dont want to be giving backlinks to sites that are attempting to cheat the system. We are all here to learn how to play by the rules and have the best sites we can, the last thing we want to do is be helping competition that is employing tactics that go against our search engine ethics, or make our job of getting to the top "legimately" harder.

If you see such a link posted, please report it via PM to either an REW staff member or moderator.

Thanks for your co-operation, you guys are the best and we only hope to be able to help make you better.
Cheers
