With no front page rankings in the Dallas/Fort Worth Market i am geting an average of 3500 unigue Guest a month. This month i have 1709 and they have stay an average of 346 seconds. Is this pretty good.

How much can the typical consumer accomplish in 5 minutes 46 seconds. You have a very nice looking site, but I think what may be causing you problems is that if you click on "Home Search" at the top, instead of getting a search page, you get a form where you have to sign up for something. I bet a lot of your visitors click that link, see the form, and close the browser (or go to a different site).

I just so happens that I work for the 2nd largest RE company in the country, the one just behind NRT, but I won't name names. (hint: read signature) :-)
Morgan really said it right here when he said it depends on the sales ability of the individual. I know people who market on the web and get just a handful of leads a month and convert them into six figure incomes annually. I also know others who get hundreds of leads a year and do not do anything close to that.
