Thanks very much for your notes/comments.

One thing I've noticed about web design for realtors is that what they seem to want from location to location is different (county to county...).

Anyway, I have a hard time getting realtors to agree on how far they want the listings to go, meaning how many fields they want in the DB.

Do you find that some realtors want detail down the Nth degree, and some just care to have a couple pictures and basic prices?

Can any of you recommend a solution I can use for fsbos? I want the fsbo to be able to input his own ad with pictures, but I want to approve it before it is displayed online. Any suggestions are greatly appreciate.

the FSBO option would be a re addition bit of code. It would be like creating a new real estate account as the fsbo and then automating an upload form for that user once they have paid.

Did any one ever supply an MLS data model? I would also like not to reinvent the wheel if possible.
