I originally saw one on the site that I based my template on
    http://www.davishomes2sell.com/mortgage-calculator.php
but I don't know if it was included like a contact form or is an extra. If it's included I'd certainly like one for my site.

I would think we need to start a thread in the Template thread for REW clients. I'll go start one if it isn't up yet. I'm assuming it's just a quick code & there would be no charge.
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

Sorry Terry, there are 365 days in a year and U.S. banks won't give you five free days of accrued interest. However, they will in other countries which makes international transactions interesting. Those five days are what's called "float" in the title industry and U.S. banks want every penny of it. Think of it as a mini balloon payment.

Mortgage calculators use a mathematical 360 days only because it's easier to divide. What other reason would there be? That doesn't mean the amortization tables for a year, or two, or five are going to be correct. That's why 360-day mortgage calculators only produce "estimates".

I'd like to publish these real estate calculators but my collection is small. Naturally they will be free of charge but if anyone has a specific idea as to what a calculator suite should have then please feel free to suggest any.
I sent you code for several RE related calcultors. I had wanted to convert them to PHP myself but haven't found the time. Here is something I have done with four calculators using Ajax.

My compliments on your calculators frobn. Very nice work. They're the best I've seen. Using AJAX makes them so much easier for people to use.

When you said you wanted to convert them to PHP, did you mean just converting the actual calc functions and then have AJAX call a particular function from the page, depending upon which type of calculation they're requesting?
