I was wondering if we should just have the top listers up there staticly and not have a marquee... I always thought marquees were a little cheesy. What do you think?

I don't like them at all, but I ended up responding to the fact that someone said it was scrolling too fast and you said you couldn't make it go slower. I knew I could modify the script to change the speed for you.

    Thumbs up Re: CIMLS Usablilty

First of all, this site rocks. I've already gotten leads off of it, and our listings have only been up for 2-3 weeks. I got an inquiry on an office condo we have, but it was a little difficult to determine which one since we have a few listed. The description is in the email, but I list several properties with similar short descriptions, like Roswell Office Condo, etc. Is there any way to put a link to the "full listing" page? It would make it much more efficient in our response.

Also, i might suggest an option to input the lease rate in terms of $/SF/year, instead of just $/SF/month. In Colorado it was customary to use the per month rate, which has always made more sense to me, but it's usually a per year rate in Atlanta.

None of these are critical, but would help. PS- Kudos on the site, commercial has needed this kind of thing for a long time.

Glad to hear it is working well for you.

I added the property link in the contact email. It is not html though so the link may or may not need to be copy and pasted.

As for the lease rate I don't think we want to have it one way in some spot and another way in other spots.

    Thanks for the input ;D
