Sending postcard out with recent sales comps

Are you allowed to send postcards out to people in your farm area that show recent sales in the neighborhood? Do you have to say who listed it? Anybody done this that knows the rules?

Rules are MLS board specific. In Minneapolis you can only display certain data fields, a certain max number of them, and must cite the broker that had each listing listed. See your local board's Rules.
