Thumbs up How to use the work orders forum

The work orders forum is for those members that are also existing REW template clients. You can ask to have our team do anything you wish to your template, be it custom programming or graphics. Please be aware of current REW pricing: (Updated for Jan 2010)

    Programming: $125 USD per hour
Custom Graphics: $125 USD per hour
Writing / Editing: $125 USD per hour

If you are unsure of how long something will take, or want a quote, please make sure you provide as much detail as possible about the scope of work or project you are requesting. The more detail you provide, the more accurate your quote.

Keep in mind, these quotes will be our best guess as to how long we think it will take us, however final billing will be based on actual time spent to complete the project.

Please start a new thread for every work order, and make sure to identify your website when requesting work, as not all REW staff know what site you have based of your REW username.

    Thanks.

When you are creating a new thread for a work order, it's a good idea to cite the general nature of your order in the title, instead of naming your threads "New work order" or "Need an estimate". This will help us to process you faster and to prevent mix-ups.

Also, please note that you must officially "approve" our estimates before we will send the orders to billing/production. If you ask for work, and we provide estimates, you must say "approved" (or something similarly affirmative), or the project will not commence.

    Thanks!

I would also highly recommend breaking your requests up into digestible chunks. The longer your request-for-estimate is, the more likely it is to get ignored (accidentally, of course). Long posts also foster confusion, which costs everyone money.

If you have a bunch of requests, like for instance, several requests for the IDX search form, several more for the map search, and a bunch more for the listing detail page, you should post three different RFQ's.

Just a quick note for everyone...

I will be unavailable to post estimates on Wednesday's, as I'm away from the office on this day.

I will still be on the Work Orders Forum supplying design estimates on all other business days (Mon, Tue, Thurs, & Fri).

    Thank you.
