podcast any success stories?

I am interested in creating a podcast. I have seen Rudy Mayer's in the US and would be keen to hear from anyone who is doing them now and how they produce them in-house.

I played around with the idea long enough to create this:

This server is just a drunken testing ground that I play with ideas on.

I used a free recording program called audacity (do a google search for it)
and a $10 microphone with some cheezy real estate music in the background..

The mp3 player was about $35.00 and runs off the server I think it was made by a company called wimpy, again do a google search for them.

If you find a way to integrate it into your site please let me know.

For now it was just an idea that I played with.
